About Tristen

I’m what many people know as the Old Florida REALTOR® or simply, Tristen Drummond.

I’ve spent my entire life living the Old Florida lifestyle, and my goal is to help every buyer and seller find a place where they can enjoy that same way of life. As an 8th-generation Levy County native, my roots run deep. My family has made their living in many different ways over the generations, from cattle and farming to commercial fishing, clamming, and crabbing out of Cedar Key. That heritage has given me a genuine appreciation for the land, the water, and the people who call this area home.

When I’m not helping clients, you’ll usually find me outdoors. I have a passion for duck hunting, turkey hunting, deer hunting, hog hunting, freshwater and saltwater fishing, scalloping, and spending time on the Suwannee River and in the Gulf. These aren't just hobbies—they're the lifestyle I was raised with and the lifestyle I love helping others find through real estate.

I'm proud to be raising a 9th-generation Levy County native, my three-year-old son, Tuff, who already shares my love for the outdoors. Being able to pass down the values and traditions I grew up with is something I’m incredibly thankful for. I’m also blessed to be building a life with my fiancé, Matthew Batton, another proud Levy County native.

Real estate has allowed me to meet so many incredible people, and that’s one of the greatest parts of this career. Whether we close on a property together, I simply show you a few homes or pieces of land, or we just have a conversation, you’ll always have a friend in me, not just a REALTOR®.
