William “Will” Bowden is a Coastal Georgia REALTOR® with Bowden Real Estate, brokered by MAXREV Residential. Born and raised in the Savannah–Richmond Hill area, Will brings deep local knowledge, a strong understanding of the housing market, and a practical approach to helping buyers and sellers make confident real estate decisions.

With family roots in residential construction, Will grew up around homes, building, and the communities that make Coastal Georgia unique. Today, he works with buyers, sellers, investors, landowners, and relocating clients throughout Savannah, Richmond Hill, Pooler, Guyton, Midway, Hinesville, Bryan County, Liberty County, Effingham County, and surrounding areas.

Will is known for straightforward communication, strong marketing, local market knowledge, and being hands-on throughout the entire transaction. Whether helping a first-time buyer, preparing a home for sale, marketing a property online, negotiating an offer, or working through inspection and closing, his goal is to make the process clear, efficient, and as stress-free as possible.
